By creating an account on Ethicly you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Ethicly Ltd.
Ethicly is a B2B trust platform that enables professionals to give and receive verified reviews, build a Trust Score across five ethical dimensions, and access AI-powered coaching. Ethicly Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.
You must be at least 18 years old and acting in a professional capacity to use Ethicly. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the platform on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
All users agree to uphold the five Ethicly principles — Transparency, Empathy, Value Alignment, Responsiveness, and Follow-through — as a condition of using the platform. This commitment is recorded with a timestamp when you first log in.
Ethicly enables two-way reviews between professionals. By using the platform you acknowledge and accept that:
Reviews must be based on genuine professional experience. You must not submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews. Ethicly reserves the right to remove any review that breaches these terms.
You agree not to:
Breaches of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Your Trust Score is calculated automatically from reviews received. Ethicly does not guarantee the accuracy of any score and is not liable for decisions made by third parties based on your score. Ethicly Certification is based on platform criteria at the time of issue and may be revoked if your score falls below the required threshold.
Ethicly uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to provide personalised coaching tips based on your review data. AI-generated content is for guidance only and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply any suggestions made by the AI coaching features.
Ethicly owns all intellectual property in the platform, including the Trust Score methodology, the five-dimension framework, and the Stranger Profile system. You retain ownership of the content you submit (reviews, profile information) but grant Ethicly a licence to display, process, and use that content to operate the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethicly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from reviews posted by other users or reliance on Trust Score data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Ethicly in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Ethicly may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. On termination, your profile and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
